Jeaunaux-Robin is a small, family-run Champagne house founded in 1964 by Michel and Marie-Claude Jeaunaux, now managed by their son Cyril and his wife Clémence. Located in the village of Talus-Saint-Prix in the Vallée du Petit Morin, they farm just under 6 hectares with a focus on Pinot Meunier, which thrives in the region's flint-rich soils and is more resistant to frost. With a commitment to sustainable and increasingly biodynamic practices, Jeaunaux-Robin crafts terroir-driven Champagnes that express the unique minerality of their corner of the Côte des Blancs.

" I like the sour cherries and raspberries combined with sliced almonds and pastries. Honey and rose hips too. Medium body with soft, fine bubbles. Excellent freshness with wild berry fruit throughout. Relatively dry."
