Due to state regulations and the perishable nature of our products, Kakaako Wine only accepts returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please inspect your delivery immediately and notify us within 14 days of purchase to resolve any issues.

Our beverage quality team will review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arranging a pickup.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you.
